I. Am. Posting.
Three cheers for Benjamin!!! Hip-ooi! Hip-ooi! Hip-ooi!
Well, I'm sorta feeling hyper now...(not on drugs though o.o)
Actually I think it was because of Polo training today. XD
Our 'mad' coach made us swim 30+ laps!!!
That sounds very little, but hold on, there's MORE!!!
We had to swim butterfly, but with breaststroke kick...
Then after each lap we had to do 10 push-ups!!
Like, that's SUPER-IMPOSSIBLE!!! argh...
After the 3rd/4th lap, we were already too tired to move...
If you don't believe me, plz go try it out for yourselves.
AND WE HAD TO DO THIRTY LAPS!!! (umm, actually its breaths><)
The worst thing, this drill was to train the arm muscles...zzz
Like, very little leg muscles so we kept on straining on the same biceps/triceps.
At first, I though the coach was kidding and going to stop us at 10.
But he went on till we finished everything...lol
So, how did I get so hyped up over such a drill...
Well, I wasn't actually feeling super-tired, like what I felt after 2.4.
I sorta got used to it and by the 15th lap+ it was quite okay for me. XDD
Not sure about the other guys though...they looked like zombies><
After the swimming we did passing, then had to do jumping.
Next we had to hold the medicine ball (a super-duper-extremely-heavy ball) above our heads, and track.
We did three times and I used a different weight ball each time.
I am the keeper (for those who don't know), so I guess it was quite okay for me too.
Oh, today the Sec 1s came for the talent profiling...which is basically CCA selections.
Guess who I saw...Gaius!!!
Wootz!! XDD
He looked uber-cute (o.o) like all the other Sec 1s this year...especially in his funny-daddy trunks. (That sounds gay, but I'M NOT)
The Sec 1s this year are look so small...XP
Anyways, I overheard our other coach talking to Gaius about him getting in.
Asked him why he wanted to join, but I couldn't hear his reply.
I don't exactly remember that as part of the profiling last year.
Going back, I hope he can get in!!!
WATER POLO is such a COOL sport!!!
And then we'll have two WATER POLO guys in church...how awesome is that? XD
Then maybe I can give him tips/help in in church...lols
Maybe I'm gonna Facebook now, or play Counter with my bro...
I just got home then he's been telling me to play with him...
That *****, whenever I ask him to play he play one min then quit already...zzz
Am watching a super-lame show now...feeling so bored.
Got quite abit of homework today if I'm not wrong.
Hope I can have time to do everything I need to by today.
My eyelids are heavy from the chlorine from the pool.
Gonna go now...bb
