I just got back from a church camp...a youth camp, to be exact.
Feeling sleepy. XD
The camp theme was 'Meant for More"
Was my church's youth camp...if i hadn't already said that before.
Was t0t4lly AWESOME!!! Like, it was all about Music!
Okay, not that i love music to death, but a music camp is COOL!
There were two music workshops n i chose guitar^^
But that was Beginners, 'cause I wasn't sure I could remember much...lols
And then there were super-FUN games everyday, ALL ABOUT MUSIC!
Like, we had to 'reproduce' a music video 'cause it was supposedly lost. O.O
So my group had to do Complicated by Avril Lavigne.
So we did some random acting, especially for the chorus^^
Then another awesome activity was that we had to come up with a skit on how
our group's names came about. And i was in Jazz! (with the double 'z') XD
So we did like the 'aaa' thing the lady sang in Enchanted?
Yup, that plus 'Fly me to the Moon' and some funny pick-up lines:
1. Your dad must have been a terrorist, cause you're 'da bomb'
2. Your dad must have been a thief, cause he stole the stars and put them in your eyes
3. You must be tired, cause you've been running through my mind
4. Do you have a map? Cause 'm lost in your eyes
5. (the best!) I guess angels only have beautiful faces but no name (O.O)
Okay...i'm not sure if anyone heard those before, but it was AWESOME!
And our female lead was a guy (O.O) and the male lead was a...guy! XD
Then i was almost a supporting actor, being 'INVISIBLE MAN' trying to hopelessly start a convo with some girls...and my other groupmate was my buddy, aquaman. Aqua as in aqua...you know those half guy half girl? lols
Anyways, our skit was the most humorous one...yippe!
Okay, i'm in a particularly good mood today. XD
I guess it's cause i made some awesome friends there!
Oh, and i did something amazing during the camp and it pulled off!
Well, I was supposed to give my group mate notes and goodies while keeping my identity a secret.
So on the first few days i was like giving him random names as his encourager, as we call it.
So i practically screwed up when it got to my name...so for the rest of the camp I was telling him everyday that i was his encourager.
Eventually he got confused cause i faked a girl's handwriting and he didn't guess me!
I didn't actually believe that it would work at first...lols
Um, sorry for babbling so much...but the camp was seriously cool!
Yup, and I really enjoyed it! Maybe some of you can come next year!
I'm not sure whether it'll be about music still, but it'll still be equally amazing!
I'll let you guys know next year so please come...thx^^

Now i've thought of what too blog about, so i may be blogging more often. XD
Just that i hav to read a chinese book by this week...argh
